We have a comprehensive QC (Quality Control), QA (Quality Assurance), and QE (Quality Engineering) individually team supported by a well-established and standardized quality management system. From raw material inbound and warehouse management to critical production stages—including cutting, forming, polishing, and packaging—each step is closely monitored by dedicated QC personnel to ensure consistent quality throughout the process.

Our QA and QE teams also consolidate reliable, product-specific testing standards based on functionality and key characteristics. These tests are performed systematically, and detailed reports are generated to clearly present the results and insights.

In addition, we operate a robust inspection system, covering everything from semi-finished products to final packaging. We implement two independent inspection stages—mid-term and final—based on Level II inspection and AQL standard. All testing data and inspection results are uploaded into our internal quality system for traceability, and formal inspection reports can be generated upon request.

This ensures a refined, data-driven quality control process that guarantees product reliability and gives our clients peace of mind.

Production Process Management >>

Once the development sample is confirmed and we receive your bulk order along with the deposit, we will proceed with material procurement and produce a pre-production sample for your approval. Upon confirmation of the pre-production sample, we will move forward with mass production.

During the mid-production stage, we will provide a in-line inspection report to give you full visibility into the production progress and quality status.

After mass production is completed and the goods are fully packaged, we will deliver a final inspection report for your review. This serves as the basis for final payment and shipping approval, ensuring that the quality meets your expectations before dispatch.
